Message From the Founder & CEO
My parents were self-taught in a multitude of ways, and between the two of them, they managed most of our household needs, working diligently to satisfy their obligations. However, like everyone else, my parents didn’t and don’t know “everything” even though that’s what they told us as children.
When my siblings and I were being a handful, I remember my mother calling my godmother and my father talking to his elders for parenting advice. When they had household projects, they did what they could but then reached out to members of our community to help with things that were outside their wheelhouse. In these situations, my parents called the people they trusted, people who had a shared interest in their progress and success.
In the same way, Prosper & Partners was established to be a helping part of your community. We care about your good work and success. We know progress takes time and is incremental, but we are here for the long run, from start to finish, from pre-planning to implementation, to evaluation, and implementation again.
Challenges in your organization and team will arise but, just like my parents, you can reach out to a trusted member of your community, us, and we’ll figure it out together.

Not only did their sessions help our department get started on the work that needs to be done, but they helped me dig deeper into my own growth.

Colber is an excellent thought partner on team culture. He met with our team and provided very helpful insights and suggestions for how to move the work forward in a way that will benefit our organization. He was engaging, brought lots of great ideas and strategies, and adapted them to the needs of our team.
