Office of the Governor of Delaware
When the Governor of Delaware and his staff wanted to be more thoughtful about how unconscious bias and inequities adversely affect their work, they partnered with the P&P team. After two in-depth listening sessions, the P&P team designed and tailored a series of virtual trainings that helped participants identify unconscious bias from a personal as well as a workplace perspective.
Additionally, participants learned where bias comes from, what systems maintain it, and how business and governmental organizations can foster environments that are more equitable and inclusive.
